FİL-DOK
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

FİL-DOK Type1 and Type2, are activated bentonites which are successfully used in foundry works for preparation of the molding sand.

FİL-DOK Type1 and Type2, which are produced by the special modification of the raw bentonite extracted from Çankırı-Kurşunlu region, makes the foundry mold gain high bending capacity and gives high resistance values and sintering endurance. These features makes FİL-DOK special product and shows high performance in steel works for years.

PERFORMANCE FEATURES

Strength and permeability are the basic specialities of this product. The characteristics it owns, give it high bonding properties, gives the highest compressive strength at 40-50 compactibility at high water contents maintaining their bonding properties to a higher degree at the high temperature.
